At Ingersoll Consulting, we are committed to reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians.  We acknowledge the traditional custodians of these lands and their continuing connection to country. We pay our respects to elders past and present.  

Our work with Indigenous people and communities is grounded deeply in a place of trust and respect.  We are privileged to be able to work in communities and with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across the country.

Supporting Women

We work closely to promote and create opportunities to support women to enter and stay in the workforce.  Ingersoll Consulting also supports organisations who create opportunities for women throughout the year through our fundraising efforts.

We believe in the power of education and a job to transform the lives of individuals.  As a result, much of our work focuses on creating opportunities for individuals to access education, training and employment and for communities to build jobs.
